Prior to founding Launchpad Boston, Michael's earlier media and marketing profession began in broadcast television, as a news producer for ABC in Providence, Rhode Island. His transition to print media bestowed upon him several marketing and creative awards from the New England Press Association - while with The Boston Herald and Banker & Tradesman. Michael's creative and entrepreneurial vision is a unique complement to his business and technological acumen. His most recent executive representation was with Equity One - a national small capital real estate lender. As VP Marketing, for the division, Michael structured and extended the company's corporate branding through contemporary and traditional integrated channels. He believes that good stories are the foundation of successful brands. His proudest endeavors have come through creating and chairing several charity events, including: The Home for Little Wanderers, Hospice of The South Shore and AMVETs.
